We collect the information you enter to run a case: reported symptoms, uploaded photos and test results, and the health records you build for each animal. We also collect the account details needed to operate your practice or farm, such as your name, email and organisation.
How we use it
Your data is used to generate the ranked differential, to keep each animal's health history, and to operate and support your account. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your case records to advertise to you.
Diagnostic content
Outputs from PASHUDEV are suggestions for professional review. Case records you create belong to your account and are shown only to you and any clinic team members you grant access to.
Storage and protection
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is authenticated per account, and clinic teams control who among them can view records. Full detail on our safeguards is set out on the Security page.
Retention
Active records are kept for as long as your account is open, so history remains useful across cases. You can export your records at any time, and they are removed when you close your account.
Your choices
You can access, correct or export the records held in your account, and you can request deletion by closing your account. Requests about your data can be made through the contact page.
Sharing
We share data only with the service providers required to run PASHUDEV, such as secure hosting and transactional email, and only to the extent needed to deliver the service. These providers are bound to protect it.
